ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate culture and structure on employee performance at CV Aneka Jaya Rambipuji, Jember Regency. Operational demands to fulfill orders within twenty minutes have triggered communication issues and task ambiguity, leading to inventory losses. A quantitative approach was employed using saturated sampling of 59 employees. Primary data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires (1-5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS software. The results demonstrate that a positive work culture significantly enhances employee performance. Furthermore, clear task delegation from superiors greatly assists employees in completing their duties. It is proven that culture and a clear structure account for a 58.4% variance in employee performance success. In conclusion, reinforcing a disciplined work culture and establishing a clear structure are crucial for improving employee performance while simultaneously minimizing operational errors.
