ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pharos Indonesia. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of product sales instability during 2024, indicating problems with employee performance. This quantitative research used a population of 69 marketing department employees with a saturated sampling technique. Primary data collection involved observation, questionnaires, and interviews, processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that partially, work motivation contributes positively by 8.21% and work discipline contributes by 20.06% to employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables jointly contribute a 52.4% effect on employee performance. In conclusion, work motivation and discipline are proven to have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. Pharos Indonesia.
