ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh (GMIT) Jember, which is a subsidiary of ANJ Group engaged in agribusiness focusing on edamame cultivation. The application of strong and positive organizational cultural values as a guideline for employee behavior to carry out work better, while high work discipline encourages employees to be more responsible for their work so that these two variables can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh (GMIT) Jember totaling 41 respondents. Sampling used a non- probability sampling technique with saturated sampling, because all members of the population were sampled. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both Indonesia Teguh (GMIT) Jember.
