ABSTRACT
Every company expects its employees to have good performance in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. A manager must be able to determine the level of employee performance in completing the tasks for which he is responsible. Increasing employee performance can be influenced by several factors, one of which is job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Dafam Fortuna Hotel Jember. The population of this study were all employees of the Dafam Fortuna Jember Hotel. The sample used was 56 people determined using census sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The research results show that the variable job satisfaction and employee performance, Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember has a positive value indicating that job satisfaction with employee performance of 79.1% will experience an increase. Hotel Dafam Fortuna Jember employees answered a questionnaire about job satisfaction with psychological, social, physical and financial indicators, especially psychological indicators, which showed that work at Hotel Dafam Jember was in accordance with the skills possessed by employees at 46.4%.
